Dale Carnegie the man began the world-famous Dale Carnegie Course 1912, where he discovered and developed new techniques that made speakers unafraid to address a public audience. Carnegie had tapped into the average person’s desire to have more self-confidence.

“The workshop is about the use of stories and storytelling as a powerful communications tool,” said certified trainer and National Sales Manager, Brendon Telfer. “It’s also an opportunity to develop and practice the skills to craft and present ideas about your organisation, products, mission that will help you make a memorable impact.”

As Dale Carnegie wrote, “There are always three speeches for every one you actually gave. The one you practiced, the one you gave, and the one you wish you gave.
