This professional development training has been carefully curated for your benefit. It supports a progressive growth mindset approach, to effectively develop your knowledge and skills. The learning opportunities include a mix of in-person and online sessions with relevant and useful practical application to tap into your own creativity and leadership style.
Leadership From Within
Step into a journey of personal leadership, where we dive into Sanitarium's values, boost emotional intelligence, foster collaborative creativity, and master the art of impactful communication. It's not your typical professional development program - it's personalised with hands-on, practical learning, leaving you feeling connected, empowered and influential.
To maximise your experience, it's been designed as a 3-day in-person program with supporting online check-ins.

Program Details
Two cohorts will be available — the Australia cohort will run in May 2026, while the New Zealand cohort will follow later in 2026 (dates to be confirmed). Both cohorts will follow the same learning journey:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ live online sessions
3 days in person training
2 x 60-min online sessions

To qualify, you must be able to commit to 100% of the sessions in your program.
The course cost is around $2,250AUD. Withdrawing from the program 30 days or more before the start date will incur no charge. Withdrawing from the program within 30 days of the start date will incur a 50% charge.
Cohorts will be capped at 20 participants and a waitlist will be available for future programs.
