She partners with Dale Carnegie Australia on coaching capability and culture work, drawing on her track record building one of the largest internal coaching networks in the region. Katie scaled Ignite from 9 to 250+ internal coaches across 35 countries, supporting more than 3,000 employees and embedding coaching into leadership programs reaching 10,000+ leaders. Her work focuses on building coaching cultures that operate across the whole organisation.
