Krissy is Dale Carnegie Australia's Program Manager. She owns the operational backbone of every program we run, from initial briefing and trainer logistics through to program tracking and post-delivery debrief. Her job is making sure what's promised in a sales conversation actually happens in the room, on time, with the right materials and the right context for the trainer. Krissy works across the entire team and is usually three steps ahead of where the rest of us think we are.
